NOLA WEDDING
This New Orleans wedding featured an impressive lineup of 4 bands, including a 150-piece high school marching band. The second line was so long that we closed down Canal Street, the main drag, for the procession. Immediately following the ceremony, guests enjoyed drinks and light snacks, and to keep the party going, we brought rolling coolers to refill guests’ cups along the route.
For the reception, James Beard winning chef James Corwell provided passed hor d’oeuvres and a sit-down dinner. Another second line, led by Mardi Gras Indians, took guests from the dinner location to the dance location. The main musical act was The James Andrew Band, hailing from the seminal New Orleans music family. And for those who wanted a late-night snack, French Vietnamese bites were served.
It was an unforgettable event, and we were thrilled to help make it a reality.

Sonoma Garden Party
During a recent site visit, we encountered a challenge at a location that, while a stunning house featured in Architectural Digest, lacked the commercial-style equipment necessary for the job. To make it happen, we had to bring in ovens, BBQs, refrigeration, and cook tops. We successfully executed a sophisticated-style BBQ that began with passed appetizers, followed by a family-style, sit-down meal.
Despite the logistical hurdles, we delivered an exceptional event that met and exceeded our clients’ expectations.
Pig Roasts
Our resident pit master, Fidel, has years of experience in roasting pigs, having done hundreds over the years. To get the job done quickly and cleanly, Fidel relies on a tool he refers to as the “Cuban Microwave.” With this technique, our clients can enjoy a delicious, slow-roasted pig with minimal clean-up. We provide a wide range of accouterments and sides to complement the pig, ensuring a memorable and satisfying experience for everyone involved.
